We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49, ensuring that handcrafted quality arrives at your home with no hidden costs.


🚚 Shipping Options

1. For Wooden Decor & Small Accessories

Includes wooden trays, figurines, utensils, automata, small storage boxes, etc.

  • Free Express Shipping (1–2 weeks)
    We ship worldwide via trusted express couriers. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
    Shipping and delivery are completely free.

  • Faster Delivery Option (1–7 business days)
    For urgent orders, we offer expedited shipping at an additional charge. Please select “Express” or "Priority" at checkout or contact us for a quote.


2. For Larger Mini Furniture Pieces

Includes multi-layer storage units, small wooden cabinets, desks, stools, drawers, and larger handmade items.

  • Budget-Friendly Ocean + Express Combo (1–2 months)
    For large pieces, we use a cost-effective combination of ocean freight + local express (UPS/FedEx/DHL or trucking) depending on your location.
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 months
    Shipping and delivery are completely free.

  • Full Express Upgrade (1–2 weeks)
    Need it faster? Choose full express shipping for 1–2 week delivery via FedEx/DHL. Additional charges apply. Contact us for details.


🛠 Processing Time

All products are carefully hand-finished in our workshop. Orders typically require 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Custom items will be shipped as soon as they’re completed.


📦 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
However, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO Addresses

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

📬 Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
If you have any tracking issues, reach out to us at support@joeswoodworks.com, and we’ll help resolve it within 48 hours.


⏳ Delivery Delays

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


❌ Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If your parcel has not shipped yet, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.


💸 Taxes & Duties

In rare cases, your local customs office may impose additional taxes or import duties.
These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not covered by Joe’s Woodworks.
Please consult your local customs authority for more information.
