📦 Pipimu Return and Refund Policy

At Pipimu, we are dedicated to providing handcrafted wooden products with care, warmth, and integrity. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your item. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within this period.

To begin the return process, please contact us first via email at support@pipimu.com.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


📋 Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customers must use a return shipping method with tracking.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards and sale items

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved wooden pieces)


🔁 General Return Process

  1. Initiate a return: Email us at support@pipimu.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product.

  2. Ship the item: If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.
    (Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.)
    Use a tracked and signed shipping method—we are not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Inspection & resolution: We’ll inspect your return within 2–4 business days of receipt and either issue a refund or ship a replacement.


💸 Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll issue a full refund including return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers bear the return cost.

To support sustainability, a return processing fee applies:

  • 10% of the item price if the original packaging is intact

  • 20% of the item price if packaging is missing
    This will be deducted from the refund.
    No restocking fee will be charged.


🔄 Exchanges

  • If we sent the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover all exchange shipping costs.

  • For other reasons, customers cover both return and re-shipping costs.

To exchange an item:

  • Email support@pipimu.com with your order number.

  • Wait for return approval, then purchase the new item separately.


💰 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you don’t see the refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your bank or card issuer

  • Still no luck? Email us at support@pipimu.com


❌ Order Cancellations

  • If your item hasn't shipped, we can cancel and refund your order—contact us ASAP.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
